General Terms and Conditions of Business
1. Orders
All orders are binding. In your own interests kindly ensure that the delivery address and telephone number advised are correct and complete. We accept no liability whatsoever for any delays or non-delivery as a result of incorrect or incomplete addresses. We reserve the right to alter the specifications of the products without prior notification.
2. Prices
For private people and RhB-employees the article prices in the online shop are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are to be understood as inclusive of statutory value added tax (VAT). For all other customers the article prices in the online shop are to be understood as exclusive of statutory value added tax (VAT). VAT will be shown separately on the invoice.
RhB employees benefit from special conditions. Please note that already reduced prices can not be combined with other coupon codes.
3. Payment
The payment is by credit card (Visa, Master). In Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein there is also an option to pay by PostFinance Card or by advanced payment. For orders with a prepayment, the delivery will be done after the payment is received by us.
RhB-internal departments and partners
For these groups in Switzerland the payment is by invoice. The invoice is due within 30 days.
4. Delivery, dispatch and packing costs
We shall acknowledge receipt of your order. This merely acknowledges receipt of your order via the online shop. If you do not receive acknowledgement this probably means that the order process has not been completed correctly. In this case, kindly contact us directly via e-mail or telephone.
Execution of your order depends on the availability of the products. As a rule, orders will be processed immediately and articles available dispatched within the chosen kind of delivery. We shall advise you in the event of this not being possible. Dispatch may be in more than one parcel. Articles will be dispatched immediately when they become available. Even there are more than one delivery, the delivery costs are due only one time per order.
Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein
The shipping, packaging and administration costs are as follows:
Private person and RhB-employees (flat rate)
Priority post: CHF 10.25 (VAT incl.)
RhB-internal departments and partners (per package)
Priority post: CHF 9.50 (VAT excl.)
Pallet Delivery: after expenditure
International shipments are sent with FedEx. Shipments up to 67 kg are possible, for larger shipments please contact us. The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process. The delivery time is approx. 7-14 working days.
Please note that any customs duties or VAT on import are NOT included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. (=DAP delivery)
5. Delivery periods
The usual delivery times may vary, the following informations are only a guideline:
Switzerland/Liechtenstein:
Priority post: 2 – 3 working days from receipt of order
Economy post: 3 – 7 working days from receipt of order
Europe:
Priority (registered): 4 – 8 working days after dispatch
Other countries:
Priority (registered): 8 – 14 working days after dispatch
6. Returns
You can return the received goods without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of goods and withdraw from the purchase. All costs for the return shall be borne by the purchaser. The return must be in the original packaging. The right of return does not apply to used items.
Costs are refunded excl. shipping costs, if the goods are returned in an undamaged, unused condition. If the returned goods are not in fully resalable condition or the packaging of the article is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price of the reimbursement.
With advance payments refunds take place according to your bank information (account no. , Bank, IBAN no.) as soon as the goods arrive with us. If the goods were paid for by credit card, a credit will be made to the credit card .
7. Exchange
Switzerland:
If you wish to have the article replaced by another size, you can send us the article within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Kindly return it to the address shown below and include a note stating your name, the order number, the reason for the return and the desired size. The first Exchange is free, you will be charged with the resending costs if more exchanges shall be done.
All costs for return shipment shall be borne by the purchaser. An exchange will only be made for products in an undamaged, unused condition. If the product is returned in a condition that is not fully suitable for resale or if the packing is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement for the item. We also refuse to exchange used items.
Foreign countries:
If you wish to have the article replaced by another size, you can send us the article within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Return the article to the address shown below and include a note stating your name as well as the old and new order number. All costs for return shipment shall be borne by the purchaser. Kindly place a new order in the store with the desired size and make a note “Exchange order” in the field “note” at the end of the order process. We will charge you only the shipping costs, if the article will be returned in an undamaged, unused condition. If the product is returned in a condition that is not fully suitable for resale or if the packing is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a cost refund on the article or to reduce the cost refund by up to 20% of the original selling price. We also refuse to exchange used items. Please note that for international shipments possible customs duties and VAT in the destination country are not included and must be paid by the buyer also for the new shipment.
8. Damaged items / shipping damage
The goods must be checked immediately upon receipt. If the goods are damaged during delivery, kindly notify us by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will inform you on how to proceed. Damaged or defective articles can be replaced free of charge.
Usually, damaged or defective articles must be sent back with a note on which your name, order number, the reason for the return and the desired action is mentioned. Depending on the damage and availability a replacement or refund the cost back will be provided. The costs incurred for the return will be borne by us, when requested by the customer.
For advance payments, the refund will be made in accordance with your bank details (account number, bank, IBAN-No.) as soon as the goods arrive with us. If the goods were paid by credit card, a credit will be made on the credit card.
Claims for damages based on incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded. Errors, price alterations or minor modifications to the products are reserved.
9. Incorrect deliveries

10. Privacy
We commit ourselves to process your personal data and to make it accessible to third parties only for the purpose of business transactions in the context of our online shop. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The data necessary for business transactions will be stored and kept for documentation purposes within the framework of statutory accounting obligations.
Credit card payments are encrypted using tried-and-trusted SSL technology. They are processed via Saferpay (Wordline). Wordline processes your personal data on our behalf in connection with payments you have made to us. Your data will only be used by Wordline to process your payment order and will not be made available to any third party other than the financial institutions responsible for the respective payment method. Wordline and/or Saferpay may appear on your credit-card or bank-account statements in connection with your order with us. We do not store any credit card data.

11. Retention of title
We shall retain articles until full payment has been received.
